Shipping Policy

Most Items will ship within 7 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Warranty

MANUFACTURER WARRANTS that cookware is manufactured from the highest grade 430 series surgical stainless steel and warrants against defect in material and workmanship.

THE HANDLES, KNOBS AND FINGERGUARDS are replaced for the cost of the part plus packing, handling and USPS mailing. For questions, contact Customerservice@InductionResource.com
LIFETIME WARRANTY: Manufacturer warrants that the new cookware will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own your cookware.
DURABILITY: Manufacturer guarantees that the cookware will not warp, buckle, bend, pit, chip, corrode or wear out.
 
REMEDY: In the event of a malfunction or failure of a product, the purchaser should call our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number or they will be returned to the sender. Returns should be properly packaged with no metal touching, accompanied by a written explanation of specific concern, insured and postage prepaid and sent to the attention of the Customer Service Department at the address listed below. If the malfunction or failure is a result of defects covered by this warranty, the Manufacturer will repair or replace it and return it to the purchaser at the Manufacturer’s expense.

Return Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY: All products carry a satisfaction guaranteed 90-day exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product. 

RETURN POLICY: All products may be returned within 90 days of the order date for exchange. All returned merchandise must be in good or new condition and repackaged in the original factory packaging. Packages must include a copy of the original receipt, all cookbooks, instructions, DVD's, etc. Otherwise, no exchange can be made. Defaced or misused items are not returnable. To return any products to Manufacturer, a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) is required. Contact Customer Service at 813-885-5244. All returns must have an RA# marked on the OUTSIDE of the package or it will be refused.

REFUNDS: Returns are accepted if merchandise is returned within 30 days from order date. Refunds will only be made on merchandise that is new and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. A copy of the original receipt and an RA# from the customer service is required.

RETURN SHIPPING: Returned merchandise needs to be in original boxes, and shipment has to be insured. It is very important that merchandise is packaged so that no metal is touching metal, as this will result in damage to the product.
Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
