This 1-QT. Sauté/Saucepan is part of our “Low Profile” Induction pan series. It can be used as a sauté skillet or as a vegetable saucepan. A push-button removable handle detaches easily for oven baking. Use it under the broiler or on the grill - Bake a cake on an Induction cooktop in 8 minutes!
Usage example: Our 7” Small Induction Fry Pan (SKU:5111.12801.55.1) inverts onto this 1-QT. Pan as a Dutch oven cover for Roasting on top of the stove. Use it for Stack Cooking which is a great way to save time and energy!
